Rules in case of building,etc. In danger of falling.Example, on A's state is a w2all falling the street. The wall is in danger of falling. May the owner be compelled to demolish or repair it? Yes, if he does not do so, the administrative authorities may either order its demolition at A's expense, to take measures to insure the public safety. The complainant who brings the cause must either have his property adjacent to the dangerous constractions, or must have to pass by necessity in the immediate vicinity. If the constractions falls, the owner would be liable for damages, as a general rule.
