Co-ownership is that state where an undivided thing on right belongs to two or more persons. It is the right of common dominion which two or more persons have in a spiritual part of a thing whch is not physically divided. A co-ownership is not a juridical person, nor it is granted in any form of juridical personality. This, it cannot sue in court.Co-owners may of course litigate in their individual capacity. There is no co-ownership when the different portions owned by different people are already concretely determined and identifiable, even if not yet technically described. The co-ownership governs in contract, special legal provisions and provisions of title on co-ownership.
