Quieting of title Article 476
According to 377 of the code of civil procedure state that actions to remove a cloud from the title to real state shall be brought in the province where the land is situated.But no provision of the substantive law states under what condition the actions may be brought.The cloud or doubt on title exist because of an instrument or record or claim or encumbrance or proceeding which is apparently valid or effective.But is in truth and infact invalid ineffective, voidable or unenforceable or extinctive prescription.And maybe prejudicial to the title. When one is disturbed in any form of his rights of property an immovable by the unfounded claim of others, he has the right to ask from the supreme courts.
