what if the branches of the owner's tree are causing problems to the roof of the neighbor especially during typhoon, is this covered by this article? or is there another article covering this type of situation? the owner of the problematic tree is ignoring the neighbor's demand for the tree owner to do something about it or better yet cut down the probematic tree.

If the branches of any tree should extend over a neighboring estate, tenement, garden or yard, the owner of the latter shall have the right to demand that they be cut off insofar as they may spread over his property, and, if it be the roots of a neighboring tree which should penetrate into the land of another, the latter may cut them off himself within his property. TumugonBurahinito rin po ang problem ko.sa tabi pi ng bakod ko may napakataas na puno ng niyog.at pag bagyo katakot na sa bahay po nmin bumagsak.at ang mali konpo cguro nag tayo kami ng bahay medyo malapit.pero po yun kc ang pinaka boundary namin sa bakod ang puno ng niuog at ayaw ipaputol ng may ari ng lupa sa kabila.nilapit ko na sa kapitan pero po ayaw daw ipaputol ng may ari.delikado po kc talaga napakatayog na ng niuog.
